Photography & Videography Booking Contract/DISCLAIMER
Upon booking your appointment. It’s extremely important that you read this agreement. The client has agreed to the contract Once the deposit is received. This Agreement is made between **Dir Fortunate** (“Photographer" or “Videographer”) and the client(s) ("Client") for the photography and/or videography services on the agreed date and location.
1. Services Provided
Photographer agrees to provide photography and/or videography services as described in the booking details provided to the Client.
2. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking date.
- The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the shoot, prior to the start of the session.
- If payment is not made, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the session and no services will be provided.
- Late Appointment Policy: If the Client is late to the scheduled session, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the shoot with NO REFUND.
- If the shoot exceeds the agreed-upon time, a **$200 additional fee** will be charged.
3. Rights to Photos and Video
- The Photographer retains Full RIGHTS to all photos and videos taken during the session.
- The Photographer may edit, promote, and use the photos and videos for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing, portfolios, and social media.
- **Raw photos** will **not** be provided to the Client.
- **Additional Editing**: If the Client requests further editing beyond the agreed deliverables, an additional fee of **$25 per photo** will be charged.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling**
- If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule the shoot, the **non-refundable deposit** will be forfeited.
- Any rescheduling request must be made at least **72 hours** prior to the scheduled date.
